1. Excellent heat dissipation effect.

The lamp radiator is light in weight and features pure aluminum plate heat dissipation. The thermal conductivity of the aluminum substrate is 6W, the temperature of the lamp bead solder joint is also the temperature of the aluminum substrate: 65°C, and the shell temperature is 55°C, which fully reflects the heat dissipation of pure aluminum.

2. Strong corrosion resistance.

This lamp uses high-strength paint with strong corrosion resistance. It has no problem working on the ship for two years. If you want to work on the ship for three or five years, you need to strengthen the anti-corrosion paint. Why can it achieve such a result? It is mainly because we have confirmed the use of raw materials through continuous salt spray test, which is a good result on our products.

3. Waterproof IP67.

This lamp is waterproof to IP67. Our company customized a pool with a water depth of 1.1 meters, a length of 5 meters and a width of 2 meters. After the product is completed, the finished product will be 100% placed in a pool for 2 hours for testing. Only when it is confirmed that the product has no water ingress can it be confirmed as a good product. In addition, all accessories and processes are foolproof, and customers can use the product directly after receiving it.

4. Designed to protect against bad weather.

The lens is edge-wrapped to prevent water or sand from entering from all angles during strong winds and heavy rains.

5. Long power supply life.

The cover of the power box is made of 304 stainless steel to prevent rust. Another thing is to protect the power supply from wind, rain, sand, and direct sunlight to the power supply, so that the power supply has a longer life and is more durable.
